Stacey’s practice focuses primarily on construction law, and construction and business litigation. Stacey represents clients in every facet of the construction industry, from general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to owners, engineers, and architects. Stacey’s practice involves dispute resolution for claims including breach of contract, differing site conditions, terminations, performance and payment bonds, and mechanic’s liens. Stacey’s clients benefit from her extensive experience as a Program Manager and Professional Engineer working in the oil and gas industry before pursuing law.

Her wide experience includes module construction, wharf loading arm replacements, supplier qualifications, tank farm cleaning, blast door retrofits, hydrocracker and utility turnaround scopes, safety and risk management, and small and mid-capital program execution. Stacey became a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas in 2017.
After a decade in construction management, Stacey attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor (magna cum laude).
